the bottom shields are different. the hardware they used on the lt1 cars was TERRIBLE. removing the headlights makes it easier on the lswon cars and the LT1 you dont have that option.

I've done it like 10 times its not bad if you use a 1/4" socket set with lots of extension to get the ones under the headlight buckets
