Default New tires

I need new tires on my car. Right now i have the Good year F-1 275/40 on there. Only the rear tires need to be replaced. I was thinking about going with these.

My question are,
1. Can i mix two kinds of tires if i have the f-1's in the front and the HTR in the rear? Or vice versa.
2. Does any one run these kind of tires? Any other suggestions on tires?
I store my car for the winter so snow isnt a problem for me. I don't usually drive it in the rain if i can avoid it but it happens sometimes.

Im planning on putting the F-1's in the rear and the new tires in the front because next season I'm getting different rims and the backs will most likely be a wider size. The F-1's will last me till then. Thanks
