need a lift!!!
Looking for some help my buddy has been working on a 96' for a while now and had a friend with a shop ready to help us with the use of his lift, but now the whole engine is assembled and waiting to get rolled under and bolted in, and the shop just got slammed with work.
So we're on the hunt for any help locally (southern CT area) we'd really hate to have to pull half this thing apart just to do it the old fashioned way... any and all help is greatly appreciated and we pay in beer and pizza ,.... (or small nominal fees) thanx

dont NEED a lift really. i mean it sucks on your back BUT its doable. what i have done is used the engine hoist to pick the car off the cradle instead of trying to work it out threw the top. LT1's if thats what it is Suck to pull out threw the top with the taller K-Member then the LS1's you get less pivot and it a bith to get past the cowl and rad support. just pick the car off the k member its easy.

thats wheat the plan has been, but the shop can't let us use the lift (hence the search for one) or at this point a place to hang a hoist. ie. garage, big tree, building, anything that would help

Demon. Ill ask John if we could use his garage on a Sat after I get out of work. IDK if he'll say yes or not but Ill try man. Have Niko hit him up at Honda too. He knows John.
