Default one crazy summer

well it has not been the best summer for me. on june 4th i was the victim on a careless driver. this was the first day of me driving my car after a long winter of getting it ready for the summer, i had just finished waxing the car and decided to take it for a quick rip down the road (i literally drove the car for 8 minutes total for the time i've owned it) when a guy in a 2004 tahoe crossed the double yellow line and took me out. i swerved just enough to avoid a 55mph head on collision and saved my life. they had to cut me out of the car and wanted to life flight me but i refused to fly.this guy's reason for this was he was reaching on the floor for a piece of paper that blew off the seat. so needless to say it has been a long painfull summer recovering from this and a complete loss of a beautiful Trans Am. i did buy another Bird to replace the 76. this one is a 1972 with an all aluminum pontiac engine topped with an F1 R procharger

That looks like it was a horrible accident but I'm glad you're doing OK. That really sucks that you just got it ready.

The 72 looks great!

The best thing is that your OK , it sux that the car got wrecked though from stupidity. Cars are always replaceable even the ones that you put a lot of blood and sweat into. The replacement looks amazing.

That's crazy, cars like that are nowhere near as safe as cars today. Very lucky indeed, but you got a nice replacement!
