Thanks for the offer Frank, but a coworker and Mike Labrecque are going with me. Mike is great at backing the truck up!
The only problem is the kid is still in school. Otherwise, it would be nice to get out of CT during the winter for a few weeks.

There were some beautiful cars there. I was in the same class as a 1930 Duesenberg Model J. Man, that car was beautiful. The Audrain Auto Museum from Newport Rhode Island brought it. I was taking a few pictures of it and I was told it was worth between 2 to 3 million. When, I was leaving though, the tow vehicle looked like a really beat up 80's Ford Econoline. A little weird. I didn't take the pics I took off the camera yet, but it looked like this:

The Z got accepted into the 2018 Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals (MCACN) Concours Stock Judged Vehicles 1000 point Class.
The show is Nov 17 & 18. I'm hoping that the weather will cooperate. I'm going to look into the cost of a commercial hauler trailering it there. I have read a lot of horror stories though.

Congratulations!!!
I thought you had already gone closed trailer with the past trips? Maybe you can rent one? Personally - I wouldn't trust that car to be out of sight....

Yep. I have a trailer, but the thought of towing it around Chicago in the winter gives me the creeps. You are also right that it shouldn't be out of sight. Between the two options, I'm not really sure about either one.
