Default I want an LS1 engine in my turdgen

I kick myself in the ass now for spending so much money on the 383 in my car now. I wish I had a mild built LS engine in there now. Id gladly give up my engine for a stock LS1 engine and T56. I miss A/C and good fuel economy. I miss the feeling of a nice smooth running engine too. Now who wants to trade engines?

99% of all wrecked 4th gens have well o er 100k miles on them. It's pointless to put swap a drivetrain with that many miles on it. I don't want to start getting into rebuilds and aftermarket parts either. The last time I said I was only going to add a few bolt ons it turned into a 10 year project that cost over $15k

if it wasn't beat on then a 100k ls1 should be just fine. besides if a swap was in order so would a rebuild. it's more a labor issue than a cost 1. besides finding a used LS1 even if pulled out is tough enough at the right $$.

but here's 1.

bit much if you ask me, but it's a start.

im just about to kick down 100k on this one, camaro had over 100k...its really not an issue for these drivetrains, and they thing would have had to be a track car to see enough abuse to turn it to shit..or if it wasnt taken care of
