HP tuners vs EFI live
Ok, been looking at the two systems. Not looking to debate why I should or shouldn't do it myself just trying to decide which one to go with.
I'm basically looking a having 2-4 of my vehicles running ls power in the next season or two and 2 of which will most likely remain fairly stock so I don't see the need to pay money to have them tuned when I know I'm more than capable. So, that being said, pros/cons of each? Any input? Or is it basically same stuff different graphics?

they both honestly have they're ups and downs. i Like EFI Lives OS. HP Tuners is more geared towards do it yourselfers with a HUGE following. EFI Live i believe should be more a pro tuning software. HP Tuners i feel is the more end user tuning software. i dunno just my feeling.

I'm just wondering if there's a good reason as to why efi live cost Sinnott more initially?
If they both do basically the same thing I'll most likely just go hp then. But if live is much better I'm not opposed to spending the extra bucks.

Most people buy HPT. It works pretty good for most people. EFI live has more adjustments to it and is more advanced.
3 things I hate about HPT Nobody to call with questions or problems HPT is known to send out alot of software that is not tested which can cause bug's in the tuning. That credit stuff is complete shit. |
