seeing as you already have the software talking to him would be better than talking to anyone else IMO...

Oh and y would u go to eastside?? and good luck finding anyone who actually knows what they are doin with that software to tune it for cheap money |
ill stay out of this one. For Now.... if this goes down that road i will close it. Just saying.

cuz i know few ppl that went to eastside an i went there once with my brother an idk just something about slowhawk not bashing him or anything i asked question before sometimes got no responce or wen i did sounded like he was geting annoyed. and im waiting for my friend to tune it but hes busy but most likely hes gonna do it this week so you can close this.

Don doesnt ignore people...unless you annoy the shit outta him. He runs a business though, he wont and shouldnt give out free answers to people all the time who have never done business with him.
I've had people call me asking for tips to tune their Holley carbs, thats what I do for my own business, why would I give out my tips and knowledge to someone who has nver spent a dime with me. Thn I just lost out on business. |
wen i called or watever it was about H/C setups not tuning, so i asked ppl at eastside an they helped me. so why give bussiness to someone that wont helpyou decide on a good proven setup? like i said im not sayin anything bad about him
|
it's all good man most of us here use Don when it comes to tuning. Eastside is a reputable shop and if the guys there are willing to help you out then great especially if it's closer to you and you don't feel like making the drive. We've all been through that battle in our own way.
When it comes to Don talking in person is easier than on the phone because of the workload he has. Though if you found your help thats great, now what you need to do is learn the hell out of that software like those guys all have and you'll be set for life. |
lol its confussing a little but i got some write ups an such to help so its a little easier i think i worded my title wrong. it shoulda been good tuning sites to help beginners haha
|
The easiest is EFIlive.com. They have a forum to help you.
For people calling my shop looking for exact specs on product's.I don't give exact specs if they are buying somewhere else unless they have already had work done here. That's just bussiness. |
we are done here
