how many trannys have you gone threw? and have you had the converter rebuilt or atleast cut open and cleaned each time? Cuz your supposed to if you have tranny/clutch pack failures

converter has been cleaned out but now sits in the car with the tranny now

and i should ad that car runs and drives fine, stalls fine just in reverse and drive the tranny makes a noise so i stopped driving it. shifts fine and runs strong still. but the noise i don't like and i don't know tranny's except how to rip them out and put them back in.

How many miles on it? damn tempting haha too bad its a 98 tho >.<

it's got 182k but you would never know it. the motor is so quiet burns no fluids. never had a problem with anything but the trans

Is this a T Top car? Any rust or rot?

trans temp was fine right where it was supposed to be, yes its a t-top car and no rust or rot
