Okay they're done!

...well basically. Finishing touches left. Epoxied the projectors in and let cure while I move on to what would become the hardest task in this project; wetsanding and buffing the lens:

They were pretty dam bad. Deep pits in the plastic. Water and 600grit on the DA got it down pretty good and smooth then finished off with 1500 on DA and buffed it shiny-erthanitwas. Came out pretty decent. Wired up a relay harness to solve the ground switch problem and bolted them in. Looks pretty cool:

Went out for a drive tonight to adjust them a little and see how the looked. Much better than stock, pretty decent projector quality lighting. Isn't the best but definitely a successful upgrade. Drivers side seems it may be a bit tilted horizontally, its off by just a tadd.
From inside:

Sort of fades out toward sides, not too wide of an angle on these:

Pretty decent cuttoff:

Overall I'm satisfied and impressed with the work. In the end it was a massive hack up of factory headlights but it was definitely worth it. Free upgrade for the win.
