This sounds great, I'm glad you showed me this stuff. I thought there was no way to get HIDs that worked like stock for my car. Looks like I can do the whole thing for around $140.
Are those harnesses definitely plug and play for my car, IE plug into the factory pigtails and then into H4s? |
H4's use a standard halogen sealed beam connector. your car uses the twisted pin connector. that pigtail setup is nice, But if it was me id just re pigtail my car and have less connections that will corrode.

yeah but Alex is no dummy. id say send him the right way first to be honest. Unless alex you want easy "for now" i just hate any kind of aftermarket "ready" made harness. i have seen Way too many shit the bed. and as we all know lose a ground on an HID kit and you mine as well kiss the ballast good bye if it keeps cutting on and off.

I'm repinning mine when I get my kit. Mainly because the stock connector has already seen better days.
It's funny how I started with fixing my hosed DRL setup and It's snowballed into scrapping all crap connectors and going full LED and HID. |
