So then I wonder if you have any recourse vs. the 'D#ick' who pulled you over.
Shouldn't it be an issue that he's out there spreading false information to the public... Is it worth not only fighting the ticket, but bringing this up to supervisors that he's out there using falsified information to justify his stops?
I mean he not only flat out lied about the details, sounds like he also waited for you AND then pulled you over.... Isn't that entrapment?? It would be different if he simply stopped you in the gas station, but the fact the it appears he waited specifically for you seems prejudicial here... :ahhhhhhh:
