car cover
I was wondering if anyone would know were I can get a good car cover. My car is going to be left outside this year , so I want to get something good for the winter and all year long.

If I remember right California Covers is the company that makes the good covers. Don't bother with anything from the parts stores, there are flimsy and will rip. Expect to spend decent money for a real quality cover. I bought one online for $100 and it was no better than the crap they sell at Autozone/Advance. It does have a warranty but now I have to ship it back just to get an equally crappy replacement.

expect to pay like 200 bucks for a good one...slp sells good ones as well as who alex said...their our other companies online that sell all kinds of customized ones etc just search around
|
i think i will get the slp one, i want something to last a long time.
|
The slp one is not for outdoors mine sucked
|
i think i spent like $160 on mine and it wouldnt make a very good out door cover but its really good quality..it said it was indoor/outdoor but idk how it would do with repelling water

I put a wolf cover on my xmas list a few years ago and got 2 of them. (one flew off in the wind) (my fault for not securing it) but the quality is great, and the protection is too. they make them custom fit and they do fit great. from $100-250+ you have different protection levels available.

I had good luck with a NOAH Cover from California Car Covers a few years back. I used it for 3 years straight and the only issue was it would trap some dust over time, so the car would come out filthy even it it was spotless when covered up.
I used to have pics of the car buried in snow, and it stayed that way with no issues all winter season. Now they suggest one their Storm or Super Weaves for Outdoor use, so I'm thinking those might be a better choice in fiber technology. OHHH YEAH make sure to use the locking cable and tie downs to keep the cover on the car, THEY WILL BLOW OFF!!! |
I'm going to order a cover from California car cover tomorrow
|
Go with the storm weave, very nice cover
|
im running a wolf cover as well, mines only for indoor use its a very nice cover, perfect fit and doesnt scratch the paint at all
