no his truck was running fine, went and started it one morning, was fine, then got in it to drive and started ticking hesitating and flashing check engine light so he had to turn around go home and get the camaro, he sad it might be a rocker/lifter because he replaced the coil already and it didnt do anything

i hope he fixed the lean condition on his car :eek: the cold on top of that he is gonna lose a piston.

i think he cleaned the maf...but thats about it...dont quote me on that though

i would die if i had to drive mine in the winter.

omg the cars are gonna melt!!! lol u drive 4th gens not 1st 2nd and 3rds that rot out in one winter....driven mine for 7 winters take a look underneath and there is barely any rust at all. I dont understand y people freak out about driving these cars during the winter.

That's true... I just hate to see my baby subjected to such violent weather and corrosive materials... lol. Her poor paint :(

Ha, I was about to give up and do the same thing until I finally managed to work a deal for my new beater. I'm not afraid to drive an f body in the snow. I just would rather play with 4wd.
Hell, I drove my 68 year round for the first 4 years I owned it.

then you better bubble wrap and SEAL your car in a vacuum chamber and never even lay a fingure on it(fingure oils can oxidize paint too) and just set her up as a show piece!
