Differnt tips on the TA?
 

Been thinking about changing the Magnaflow tips to something like this. Unsure if id go with 4" or 3.5". http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2-STA...Q5fAccessories

Not bad, they look a little like Corsa tips, I like the actual Corsa style a little more though

i think they are too big personally. im dumping my Hooker along with the "Corsa" tips for a 4" cat back spring time......

those are the 4" tips.

I like the SLP 3.5" single slash cuts myself. Something about them..

you're gonna have to cut and weld to get the Mag's off, they are part of the tailpipe and are 3.5" tips so you won't be able to slip those on. IMO if you are going to go to a quad tip setup go with 2.5" tips, 4" will look silly

i have those tips on the camaro and i do like them on there. I like the magnaflow tips as well but i was something thats gonna fill the cut outs on the TA bumper

I thought of that and looked at the ones from a Mecham T/A but then I was like ehh...

pricey!!! I like corsa clones on a t/a bumper tho. Gotta fill that open gap. they doo look kinda big... like WIDE OPEN eyes lol.

mount some tips and dump itttt tips will always be clean lol

Here are some crappy pis of a slp muffler I have. You could cut off the tips to make it work for you.

im not cutting them off i don't want the muffler i was just suggesting that for 94le for the tips. the only thing wrong with the muffler is the inlet is side of it is slit so i could get it off, i took it off my car because when i got my car the original dual out one side came with it and i put that muffler back on.

i wonder if the 2 tail pipes themselves would be able to slide over the outlets on the magnaflow muffler?

to put new tips on the magna crap muffler setup your going to need either new mandrel tail pipes and cut the ones off close to the muffler. thats if you want to save the magnaflow ones. or you can cut the tips off the pipes and then have to weld a small section of pipe to the existing tail pipe and then add the tip. all in all i hate magnaflow.

Dude I don't even have an Fbody right now and I will buy that dual/dual off of you, if you cut it I say instant ban FOR LIFE!

I wasn't going to cut the tips off, I just put this out there for 94le because he's looking for new tips. I don't want the muffler it was on my car when I got it and I also was given the original dual out same side and that muffler sounds a hell a lot better.

That's the 2 out the left (2OTL for short), very highly sought after. I've only seen one, on an LT1 Firehawk.

Thats what I did with my CME tips. I cut the cannon tips off the tail pipes that come out of the muffler. Its the only way ypou will get straight lined up tips off that muffler because the two bends are different. Actually they wont line up to begin with because both me and boomers setups have mis-aligned tips out of the box rofl. But my CME is welded to my MegaBlow.

ps I think the 2OTL Is dumb idk why its so sought after, sure the rarity factor? But who the hell wants two tips only on one side? Might as well have a JDM fartcan single exhaust of just one pipe...
