stick with stock heads/cam or go ls6?
should i keep chasin ET with stock heads/cam or go to an ls6 topend? technically would still be "stock" just vette parts, but obviously people will say its not.
what do you guys think would be more interesting, a stock production f-body motored car or one utilizing the best stock production parts from the cars model year era? |
If you are gonna do the ls6 topend just get a good heads cam don't bother with stock ls6 or cam and port the ls6 heads. if it isn't totally stock it's a pointless game. to me anyways

idk I feel like if its running 12.4 on a shitty LS1 now a stock LS6 swap would roflpwn a 12.2. I didn't do much research on it but that's just my assumption.

Um, cold air/tune went 12.2. Had stock 3.42 gears and stock tires. I said bolt -n, not full bolt-on. Understand? Probly would of gone 11's with headers but it got a blower at the same time.
I'm just having fun with SLP. I've noticed he's been an unhappy poster lately. |
