Watch the guy at 3:45. The idea is to keep it in a straight line in order to get maximum traction at the start. That track needs to be scraped before next year.

Look at the vid again. They are racing from the top end of the track! There is no traction at that "starting line" !!! lol

same here, in need of a new pair of drag radials, my new clutch is going to tear my driveshaft up for sure. i think i might go with the 255 60 15 et street radials (27x10x15) next.the 26s might not be enough tire with the 4.30s.
