Last time starting the LS1
 

I had to say goodbye for the last time to my LS1 so i fired it up with open headers and figured i would share haha Goodbye LS1 hello turbo LQ4!!!

haha i did but it was so loud it was so distorted u couldnt hear a thing. if someone else was there they could get farther away and have done it. Im sure my neighbors loved it when i dumped the clutch in my garage at 5 grand hahaha

Thanks man i'll miss that sound. Ya it always was like that just really got her sounding filthy with the open headers. It sucked dyno day i wish i got all the tuning ironed out before the dyno day but figured it didnt matter since the motor is coming out.

A buddy of mine is going to buy it for a miata. If that doesnt work out i'll be selling it on here or something. id like to keep it since its been awesome but the cash will be needed for the new motor

I'm starting small i have a lq4 and throwing a turbo on it still debating the size, and while i'm running that one i'll be building another lq4 for when and if that one breaks. I just have a lot of work to do. getting a cage built next month. And just basically setting up the whole car is going to take sometime. Damn work gets in my way or this project would be almost done already!

whats going on with your old motor, what did u have for a cam? saw your hookers on ls1tech, how much???

I have a couple options for the motor either selling it to my friends dad for his Miata or selling it on craigslist/tech or ebay.the cam was a custom grind don set up i can get specs if you need it. I put the hooker headers and Y for 425 not even sure what they are worth but they are only about a year old. selling a lot of my old stuff 10bolt with 410's moser axles motor interior...
