That's intense. Hope you never have to use that training.
Think about how much ingenuity it took to do that much harm, what all that effort could have done if it were used for something positive. |
holy fuck that just looks shitty in the pics can not imagine walking around and being there in person.

That pic of the bent up street sign makes my stomach turn...
I fuckin hate this world. :klab: |
:(

Kind of puts a perspective on life. Wondering what will happen next.

Too bad the punishment for McVeigh and Nichols couldn't have been something much more severe. Yes, McVeigh was sentenced to death, but that was waaaay too light in my own personal opinion. You attack the people in your own country, women and children alike...WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU. Personally I would make them live through it all day long, show them the wrath of what they had done. The families they've destroyed, lives they've taken, the irreparable damage they've caused. It would make 'Gitmo' look like a friggin country club.
I can only imagine what it must have been like walking through there and seeing it man. Pictures never do anything like that justice. Just hope you never have to deal with anything like that during your course man. |
I hope I don't either. It's not just attacks like this ill have to respond to. It's anything from power plants exploding, hurricanes, tornados and every other natural dissaster. We had army units from all across the country with us. The instructors are full time firefighters that responded to that dissaster. So getting first hand real life training was great. Knowing that what thy are teaching us isn't out of some stupid book but the methods they've used was awesome. All in all I miss OK. 85 for the 9 days I was there to get off the plane at 7pm on Sunday and it be rainy and cold sucked lol.
