Who needs a lift!!!

So my buddy thought it would be a good idea to snap a pic of me over the weekend while I was replacing the oil pump in my SS. Thought it was pretty funny. And yes I was sitting like that. Much easier then laying on my back or leaning over the front. LOL!!!

What the hell Dawg!!! My garage doesnt have tall enough ceiling for a lift. Maybe one of those MaxJack portable lifts. I will say though it does get old doing shit on my back.

KLAB 03-11-2013 08:58 PM

Dawg your roof is too low... need more height for that baby.

KLAB 03-11-2013 08:59 PM

Already told the fiance that the garage must be tall enough for a lift and hell, it's only like $8k for a decent one! And no way could I fit in there like that man. 6'4" isn't exactly crawling around in the engine bay size! Could do that in my old 71 Blazer though, hell you could fit a honda in there if ya wanted to lol.

smokinss 03-13-2013 12:27 AM

Yeah my buddy Bob that took the picture is like 6'2 and a big guy. He said the same thing. I am sure not fitting my fat ass in there like that.

2600.00 for a decent lift?
8 grand lifts are plated in gold!

4 post with a pit built underneath should get me right about $8k. Just have to conceal the pit, dem doesn't like that too much any more lol.

ILuvPizzaTimes10 03-15-2013 01:30 PM

why 4 post? really hard to do alot of shit on a 4 post as far as heavy mechanical stuff.

DAWG 03-15-2013 04:13 PM
