playing around with photoshop and made a quik easy logo for my cars engine

plan on making clear stickers once I learn how to change the colors.
looking for red cape and white suit.

Go into the color pallet on the right to mess with the colors. Youtube has some good PS tutorial vids. Look up Tutvid.

For some reason, I can't mess with the colors at ALL.. Magic wand, select an area, eye dropper to sample the color...... stumped.. Image > Adjustments.... gotta be something in there. Select the area, then you can paint it, I guess.. another easy idea, but it'll take some touch up.

well got rid of the colors now to add red and white with default skin color

Hmmm.. I can get it to gray scale.. haven't messed with PS for any kind of cartoon or drawing.

Oh, I got it.. If you want to just paint it in, go to the brush tool, then go up top to MODE and just set it to normal and select your color. Be careful of what will be white and what will be red... it MAY look like white underwear.. lol

ah tighty whiteys lol

friggin thing isnt easy to do all the frigging crap ya gotta do just to fill in a color.

heres what i got now.
Id like to color in the face and hands but paint doesnt hane the correct skin color.

ok u ready? lol... this is how i would do it their may be a quicker way but this is what i know works...open the image and create a new layer from background. go to the magic wand tool and click on the section u want colored. once selected right click and chose layer via copy. now go to image-adjustments-hue/saturation. make sure the colorize box is clicked and mess with the color and lightness selections till u get the desired color(u have to turn the lightness down on that pic for some reason to actually show the color when i did it). go back to the background layer and cont selecting with each section u want colored and ur done.

all thar shows up is a circle and nothing else?
