Tuning cables for an OBDI equipped car, comes with every cable. These new aren't cheap or easy to find them.

Fix the wiring issue in my car and you can have them for free .. Dash illumination/ parking lamps fuse keeps blowing I can't find where the wire is shorting/grounding, can't drive my car at night at the moment.. Bullshit
