good luck finding a person. I would suggest just going and getting your dealer liscense it comes in handy esp for someone who buys/sells a lot of cars!

back in the day when my dad owned his own shop we used to go to auctions and I think you dont need to have a license etc. but you need to pay either cash or credit card.
I dunno if the rules have changed though.

there is one auction in the area that does open to the public auctions out of taunton Last i checked! could have changed by now. but look into it. i think its Mahiem(sp?)

unfortunatly the getting the license part isnt as easy as it sounds, atleast in nh.

theres the one here just north of Hartford that opens to the public only 2-3 times a year.

just seen a lot of people get good deals on repoed or lightly hit vehicles so i wanted to check it out
