Finding a lot of th350s for sale really cheap...I heard these will bolt in without any issues and are more durable than the 4L60E, my question is what do I need to do this conversion in a 4th gen...

ah looks like it was the transmission, lost 3rd...

ah looks like it was the transmission, lost 3rd barely have 4th now, horrible, likely the 2-3 and 3-4 clutches the whole time

wow wish I had known that before, I should have asked, I ended up paying $150 for the 3rd gen one that has 3.42's as well, forgot to add the alarming grinding noise also happens from the rear wheel...

Thank for the response, going to order some 1.5" ones now and cross my fingers this will work and well, started out making a grinding noise from the right rear tire only in 4th gear that...

For the last 6 months been driving around with what I was told was a busted rear end......anyhow being on a budget had to go with a cheap rear end I found locally however the rear end is from an 88...
