Default Tearing down a GEN I SBC

Alright so you've got a old engine and you want to tear it down? Heres the simple way to do it.

1. Remove all accessories, alt. power steering, water pump, headers.

2. Loosen Distributor (1 bolt) and remove.
3. Remove any kind of carburetor (usually 4 nuts/posts)

4. Unbolt the manifold (12 bolts, 6 on each side)

5. Remove manifold and set aside
6. Take off valve covers (4 wings/nuts on each side)
