Like he said, the engine and transmission mounts need to be the same, if you put a poly trans mount in with stock rubber engine mounts the trans will not be able to flex with the engine and you will break the tailshaft housing.

I don't think I'm brave enough to try that torque arm relocation crossmember yet...
