Yes and yes. I've had three warnings so far (two verbal, one written). But both verbals were when I was stopped for something else. The written one was mailed to me, apparently the cop couldn't be bothered to pull me over at the time. I've just been putting it on for inspections. I'm thinking about getting the plate holder that folds under the bumper, because once I get my bumper repainted there is no way the factory plate holder is getting screwed back on there.
