I picked up 2 MPH w/ the 6speed swap. Didn't gain/lose any time.
As for bracket racing...that's the common theory, and I'll bracket race any auto any time with my 6speed
It's all about the driver. My last 3 times at NED I've had all of my runs within .05. NEVER LIFT!
