Yeah, I'd say make the swap optional for everyone so no one feels obligated.
One ish sounds good since I know we don't normally get home until around 5 am from work lol.
Another thought on the swap that the Subaru community does from time to time, random used car parts? Grab whatever extra leftover widget, wrap it up and swap away. Can be pretty hilarious sometimes.
