That seems to be the same way with everything. I am gonna pull the drivetrain this winter, prob get rid of the clutch and have you go through the tranny and if nothing else get a cam at least, as well as get suspension and go throughout the car and clean it up.

Thats a good bit of work already so we'll see how much time I actually get, just working on it on the weekends.

If I do the turbo setup it would be also to gain a new skill. If I did it, I'de buy the manifolds or borrow them from someone, buy the tubing and the welder (because I really need something cheap anyway to tack things together anyway) and see if I can mock up the whole setup before actually buying the turbo and other componets, so if its taking too much time or I get in over my head I can abort and just be out the cost of the tubing/flanges ect.

Don the procharger looks like it would be about 3500$ at the bare minimum.

The headunit being the biggest expense. At this point I am looking on mustang forums and what not to see if I could even pick up a P1SC cheaper somewhere else and then either finding a corvette mountin bracket (may need to switch to corvette acessories though) or use the swap car mounting bracket that looks the same as the GTO setup.
