Ok so turbo kit is finished , just finishing the exhaust after the k member tomorrow. heres some pics that i took along the way.
Welded the wastegate flange
Wrapped the hot pipes.
Relocated the fuse boxes
cut the stainless "airbox delete" sheet metal down to fit over the radiator.
Went with a 46mm presicion wastegate with a 10 psi spring
Cleaned up the wiring.
Tial 50mm BOV and no more rubber fuel lines.
This is pretty much what it looks like right now. ill post more pics tomorrow. need to get the car in some light for better under hood shots.
