How are you talking to them? I never have problems with warrenty's but talk to them nicely.
Install is #1 and the #1 problem when clutches fail. There is alot to do with installing a clutch right other than just bolting it down. There are measurements that have to be made and some adjustments that should be done.It sounds easy but we see a ton of failures due to installs.
By the pics yours looks like extreme slipage. Could be a bad pressure plate, flywheel not bolted down flat or torque'd, or badly adjusted master cylinder.
Right now the best clutch out there is the Mcleod RXT.
