OH Yes,...... The only way to avoid the DYNO in RI is for the car to be 25 Y/O and classify as an "antique".
I've been dodging the sniffer in my Berlinetta for over 11 years with my Berlinetta. The year my 355 was first installed was the first year they started the sniffer test in RI and it hasn't been legally inspected since. It turned 25 and got it's Antique plate this year. ( Still hasn't been legally inspected !
