Essentially I discovered they farmed out their LT1 work to PCMForLess, but the cool thing is they have a scan tool they send that you simply plug in on 96/97s that you just upload the tune right to the PCM
Otherwise you can also use
PCM For Less
(But that requires sending in your PCM or a core charge)
