You said you have OCD when it comes to the details and I believe it. Beautiful work and I definitely appreciate it.

Ha-ha you are definitely correct! The main reason I say " quick touch up" is because if I don't do a full interior detail like I did on the truck then to me it's a quick touch up. But you are correct in that there's usually nothing quick about it.

From the time that I pulled in, two boys (about 8 and 11) and their dad kept coming over and were desperately wanting to start the car up and rev the engine. These boys I think came from the movie Talladegega nights and had me real paranoid. Their dad was cool, seemed embarrassed, said that "only my boys would want to do this kinda stuff".....but it made me even more paranoid. I told them to come back at the end of the show since we shouldn't be doing it when there was a lot of crowds around. They came back every hour. At least 4 times. This made me massively paranoid.
Near the end of the show, a state trooper in uniform came over and he really loved the car and talked to me about his 68 Chevelle for about 15 minutes, and the boys came over again. He thought it would be OK and supervised them through the whole thing. Even when they started to bury it to the floor he ordered them to back off.
Thank god for small miracles. lol.

Man David you are a better man than I am! Glad it all worked out in the end. But I will say that you gave those kids a memory of a lifetime. Kudos to you!
