Wtb: Timing chain and cover
Wondering if anyone on here had a NICE timing chain for a SBC kicking around or for sale before I order one. Also looking for a good timing cover. I have a stock type but was told not to use it due to the cover flexing.
Let me know if you have anything. Would rather help someone on here before buying elsewhere.

if you where just reg sbc then i have a hex adj timing set..you just would need to buy the hex adj bolt..

My step dad has tons of chain sets and SBC parts. He is very tight with his sbc stuff tho, I'll ask if hed want to sell a chain and cover? Whats your spending range?

No I use just a regular chain, I just need to use a block protector place and a cam button to keep the cam from walking.
Kev, I'm looking to spend like 50-60 max, I dont need a cover but if I can get a non stock type one cheap I'll grab it so I dont hafta weld mine.

Bolt is 25$..ill sell it for 25$..i bought it in hope of being able to use it..guy gave me wrong part number for it..its the 3100 one or something like that..ill look when i get home..it has a 9way crank key also..it was.used.but looks good
