19k WILL buy you the engine. new engine Yes. BUT it will not get you the computer OR harness, So for 19k you get a hunk of metal and nuthing to plug into it. another 2500-3k and you get the rest of the shit you need. like the pedals Wich that car has along with a hole car harness including fuses boxes and such. would make the 25k it will go for WELL worth it IMO
