Default 99 jeep wrangler, lifted on 33's

Ok, thinking about letting the tj.

It needs some work. Has intermittent rough running issue. Not sure what. Replaced tps due to code but didn't solve it. Also removed cats from exhaust hoping that would help but no. Sometimes it runs great, other times like turd.
Upper control arm bracket on rear drivers side is partially torn. Still attached and drivable but should be attended to.
Also was recently backed into by something (no idea, I wasn't home) but it could use a fender, flare, and a hood. Also has a dent in the tub right behind the fender.
Driver fender has usual rust hole over the top of the tire and a plum sized rust spot underneath the pass side tail light.
4.0/5 speed combo with just over 165k on it. Swapped in a 30/35 axle set with 4.10's in them about a year ago.
Black soft top, grey interior with herculined floor from rear seat forward, green exterior.
2" budget boost and 2" body lift. Currently on 33's.

It's got smittybilt bumpers, rockers, and winch but I may keep them for the next project. Or they can stay for the right price. Same for the 33" mt/r's on it.

Asking $3,500 with all the goodies on it or $2,500 without the winch, bumpers, rockers, or tires.

Eff it. $2,800 for everything as it sits. Get it out of my way before we change our mind and start the v8 swap.
