it does feel a bit tighter and quiet. I'll take her out later to play with it more was tough to do with the kid and all the old wheels in the car on the way home.

yeah they stick out about 1/8" no big deal gives the look that the ring is screwed on.
and holy crap all the polishing I did and stripping the clear off they almost look chrome. lol
