Manual brakes the cheap way and abs delete.

okay im putting it here because i dont know where you want it pizza so you can move it..Im not going to give full step by step instructions because if you cant figure out this then you are over your head to start with and shouldnt be doing this..

manual brakes parts needed

89 dodge caravan manual master cylinder (not a reman one get the new)
adjustable brake push rod kit or you can get a rod kit from aerospace for 30$
power brake booster conversion plate

Drill a hole 1" higher then the current one in the brake arm an connect this will give you the proper ratio..remember to bench bleed your new master before hand also and check everthing over.

There you go thats all you need beside some fittings,can even use the stock lines,just cut rebend and flare them to work.



Now for just abs delete again ill give you the parts and if you cant figure it out you shouldnt be doing it in the first place.So get a buddy who knows how to or pay some one to do so.

Rear brake line stuff
1/4 into 1/8 npt
3/16 into 1/8th npt
3/16 inverted flare plug
1/4 flare plug

front brake line stuff
3/16th brake line T

Reason why i am not doing full write up on this is because i dont need some one to follow it and they did something wrong and next thing i know im being sued and the site owner also by some one or there parents.
