I've got a good set of the LT1 style Camaro tail lights, in great shape not smashed or cracked. Typical old age "scuffed up here and there" scratches on the lens but very light. I got tinted ones on the car now and have these laying around that I forgot about. Asking $75 for both of them. Let me know if you or anyone you know is interested.

Hey do these need wiring modification to be used on the LS1 cars? Ive heard there are differences between the two and its a pain in the balls. Personally Id rather pay Kevin 90 than play the "wait and see game" as to if Im gonna get ripped off. I always wanted the LT1 tails.

Navy the wiring is simple. just depends on how you want them to work. if you want them to light up the same as yours do. IE not all the way across with running lights just the outside tips of the LT1 tails to light up then all you need are LT1 pigtails sockets. the LS1 pigtails Kinda dont fit properly. BUT if you want them to light all the way across for running and brake lights you need to add a wire so the rear harness. and replace your now directional single filement socket with a dual. and some other little wiring shit. basically re wire the rear harness if you want them to work as the LT1's do. i like it that way and its easy for me to do it. and i can send you a swap diagram if you want to go that way with wire colors and such.

u can modify the holes in the lights with a dremel for the pigtails ...they dont fit with the ls1 ones as mike said. and here is a thread that shows u how to make them work properly (lighting) theres actually 2 diff ones in there..http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/appear...ring-pics.html
i left mine the way the were ...didnt really bug me too much that it didnt look like exactly LT1 style lit up. |

PM sent Navy. I MIGHT have the wire harness from a 94 Camaro.... I remember I had the whole wires back far enough to before it splits to 4 bulbs. But who knows where that shit is and I looked in with all these tail lights and random crap in boxes and I'm not seeing them, might be out in my shed I think. Would those wires be any help to wire them to your car or am I looking for nothing? lol.

niot so much the wires BUT the pigtails that fit those housing would be needed. if you could find them for him it would make his swap life that much easier.

all i did was add one wire to each side of the harness and had to cut the notch in the tail for the center bulb i think took me about 15 min
