doin a tranny swap again
when i got my car it was stock last summer. the a4 in it was gonna need a rebuild. so i got another a4 off of ls1 tech, did all the normal bolt ons, long tubes, ls6 intake, o/r y with dual cut outs, tci 3600 converter, removed egr, smog and all the bs, then 3 weeks later sitting on 93 in traffic i hit the gas to move and it's like i was in N. let it cool down and i could drive again, then like i was in N again. so i said fuck it and put it on a trailer and parked it at my house till now, i got the itch for it again and now have a performabuilt level 2 on it's way. after that is in with a cooler that i didn't do before, and install my air/fuel guage and trans temp guage the car is going to slowhawk for a tune which i never did after my converter install or anything i removed from the car. so now i can maybe make it to a meet again, 1st and last one i was at was the red robin in millbury and then the cruise to the dunks in worcester. ya i know it was my own fault for not putting in a cooler, i knew better. but the fucking car ripped so with a real a4 in it and a tune for what i have done to the car it should be a whole new monster for me to enjoy

UPDATE: New trans came in
 AAA free tow to vin's house  all jacked up  old trans comes out  swap bell housing and tail shaft housing  drain converter  air box mod and trans cooler installed  wide band o2 bung all welded in  almost done, wiring left for my gauges and trans fluid and a tune and i'm all done. And a huge thanks to vin for helping me with this
