And hey are you a Stick car? if so the switch is just out of adjustment and everytime you hit the clutch it tweaks the bracket just a bit. if your an auto potentially be the same thing. minus hitting the peddle BUT check the adjustment first. and remember the button has to be pushed in to turn the lights OFF. if the switch say falls out the lights come on. Ask tony he knows all about stuck on brake lights!!!!
