To make youtube videos load right in a post (rather than having to follow the link) click on "post reply" then click on the youtube button. Insert the title of the video between the youtube tags.

The title of the video is in the link, for example, if "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WQ8_P3XB2qg&feature=player_embedded" is the link, WQ8_P3XB2qg is the title, between the = and the &.
