Default Some pics of my adventurous cruise to Vermont this weekend.

On Friday I took a drive out to Bennington Vermont to visit my step sister at school. What a ride! I ended up being the only car for like 20 miles driving at like 8:30 at night way out in west mass. The roads are awesome and that night was a very bright full moon that I took pics of at the top of the mountain I had to go over. Felt like I was the only soul out there haha so creepy with the wind blowing and moonlight lighting up all the desolate trees. Took a lot of pics:

At the top of the mountain looking over the land, big drop.

On the way home Saturday, this is backroads of Bennington:

On the way out at night I ripped through these turns lol. Now that I could see them in daylight I had to take pics:

Here is the look off where I pulled over and took pics the night before in the dark. Its like a totally different world in moonlight.

Fall!

Little did I know that after I took the pic of this bridge I'd go through a small trail under it.

Cool looking roads. What routes are they?

And yes, western mass at night gets pretty desolate.

I've been to that overlook before, it's a little general store on RT9 between Brattleboro and Bennington. Did you go up the Bennington monument? Awesome view from up there.

And yes RT 9 has some nice twisties.

Took RT 2 all the way out, then up I91 and then RT9 was where all the real good turns and views were.

Yeah its at the top of Hogback Mtn. at the Hogback overlook. Very nice! and yeah I went TO the Bennington Monument, you can see it in the background of the 8th pic. My camera died when I took those pics so I missed out on the monument! charged it as I drove after that. Here is the overlook:

This is the route I took:

http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&sour....90863&t=h&z=9

You can also take this route it is much more scenic and bendy last time I went out with a sharp hairpin turn, take RT all the way out instead of 9, but they're doing construction on 91 south so You couldn't really get to that route AND it takes like an extra 45 min to an hr longer... But maybe in the spring:

P.S. I'm surprised none of you guys noticed the pic with titties in it.... Whoever find's the titties first gets a cookie at the next meet. Look closely.
