Just an update, the problem seems to be gone? lol

I wonder if me pressurizing the manifold freed up something? So far no oil to be seen out of the engine.

Works for me

Um, depends, its not super tough but I don't use its as directed, if you used a few heavy coats I'd wager it would be strong.

Shot from ground looking up into my air dam. Showing how exposed both rad and air filter are.

Got a couple more things to finish up but, car is about done till garage gets finished and I go racecar with it.

if you take out that seemingly useless plastic "shield" over the radiator it actually causes the car to run hot unless you take and hole saw the front bumper reinforcement and remove some of the bumper cover to add flow. that shield is there to bring air front under the car at speed up in front of the rad in a controlled manner. with out it the air doent flow threw the rad and at speed. 35plus the fans are off by ecm till its overheating. just so you know.

the only shield I can think of is the like x plastic piece that sits across from the radiator. unless your talking the air dam and yea it still attached cause I know what it's there for lol just can't see it in the picture, I'm like inside the bumper taking the picture lol

This has been my setup for two years now, runs cold lol 160* tstat and tuned for earlier fans
