I shift at 6600 people with big cams shift at 7000 which is about the limit on the stock bottom end. People have gained 10 rwhp with a underdrive pulley however where you really gain is it spins rpms faster from parasitic loss. You keep saying your experience and this and that but you also put stock manifolds and cats on your car and it made what most cam only cars make and also putting exhaust restrictions can't be good for rings etc... just saying. Mike Yes it is a good mod for a couple ponies and as stated it is technically a requirement on safety. I think you would gain more from seat time and some sort of measuring device to measure your shifts wether you want a tach or just a light.

As i stated, i know me being slow in the quarter is me. lol just looking to have a little more fun with the car
