cop was wrong for pulling the trigger, end of story. I can relate to both sides of the story pulling a gun out is a reaction, pulling the trigger is not.

"Use of deadly force" is often granted to police forces when the person or persons in question are believed to be an immediate danger to people around them.

Deadly force is: The force that is used against someone to cause death, substantial risk of death or serious bodily harm.

the risk was never presented.

No thats not end of story. There is the heat of the moment going on there. Did he pull the trigger too quickly? yes. But the body language of the biker was giving of that vibe of "Im hiding something". The cop has to react to preserve his safety. Im not saying he didnt pull the trigger too quickly but Im also not saying he was wrong in the situation.

when u go to turn ur head around ur whole body moves with it. (put ur hands on ur legs and try it) and yes the cop was jumpy but where the hell would the guy even have the gun? his hands were on his legs im sorry but if ur not allowed to move the way ur body is meant to to turn around without being shot at theres a problem. i dont see how the guy did anything wrong...did the cop say put ur hands where i can see em????

how long you been riding? find yourself in the same position and try to look over your shoulder. cop was wrong because the rider showed absolutely no signs of a threat.

the threat was never there.

What does how long Ive been riding have to do with it? And I can look over my shoulder without moving my lower body. The sign of a threat is when the retard looks back at the cop who is pointing a gun at him yelling and doesnt put his fuckin hands in the air. Instead he looks back the other way without his hands being visible.

the vids i watched had no sound?? wtf so i didnt hear him say anything. ive sat on bikes before and turned around and my whole body moves so u must be unhuman and an owl if u can do that lol and he didnt move his lower body. he turned his upper body which ur arm is connected to.

are you watching the same video? the cops orders for him to put his hands up came a split second before he pulled the trigger, now before the cop even got out of the car the rider turned and looked at the cop with his hand on his leg.

the threat was never there.

Im not inhuman obviously but I can turn my head without moving my shoulders.
Doesnt matter what I say or what you guys say. Im not changing my mind about this as are you guys not changing yours.
IMO the cop pulled the trigger alittle too quickly BUT I believe he thought he was in danger due to the body language the victim was giving off.

With that Im done argueing with you guys about it.
