id love to go turbo, maybe down the road. i wanna save up for a 6 speed fbody though

I have a yank 3600 ready to go in. I hope the tranny last just next year, after that ill be looking at a built 4l60e, i see them come up on tech for sale for decent prices.

Well this is what I went with:
http://www.nitrousoutlet.com/catalog...33&section=135

Kit came up slightly used, guy said it was professionally installed and removed. wiring didnt look a hacked up, so i picked it up for a good price.

-ls6 intake
-mac mids and ORY
-100shot
-yank 3600
-3.42s

Should be an interesting season next year. Im pretty stoked, cant wait to see what it does at the track and on Don's dyno.

Ya, the previous owner had all the logs, on nitrous its gonna be right around a 4000 stall. He said it was restalled to 3600, but he said on spray itd be like 4000. Ive done research, 3600 should be fine, but anywhere between 3600-4000 should be fine a 100-150 shot. the previous owner went 11.9 on this stall, n/a with stock manifolds, just too tight for him he said. I got a really good deal on it, so hopefully it works out.

With this i just started saving for a DD, i hope everything goes well, but being its a budget build, im not gonna be able to rely on this as a DD. ls1 are getting dirt cheap, hopefully i can come across a 6 speed with decent miles for cheap.

I would consult yank first just cause it was used with nitrous doesn't mean it is ok with it. Just do a search on ls1tech it'll probably answer the ? Although a 100 shot shouldn't be a problem.

yup call yank, you need a pro yank series from them. the SS and PTs arent designed for it.

The SS3600 should be fine IF it's spec'ed for your setup. Not all SS3600's are the same. Dave adjusts them for the combo.

thanks, ill give him a call, if its within the budget maybe ill get it restalld. But the previous owner did say this stall would be great for nitrous. I just wish he had some build sheets on it or something.

Don, do you think I should invest in something to control my timing? Will my car be noticeably slower off the bottle because the timing needs to be pulled? Or will it not be that big of a difference just because its a 100shot?

TR6 plugs should be fine for my shot right? or would i need to re gap them a little?

A 100 shot is nothing. Maybe 5-10rwhp difference. Just make sure you have alot of fuel system. We always recommend an intank pump, hotwire kit and a return line from the rail. Expecially being an A4 car.

I wouldn't use the tr6 due to it being a projected tip.

Use a br7ef from ngk. Its a non projected tip
