what cam are you using? base circle? heads cut? stock push rods/longer? alot of things make a "bad" lifter noise that have nothing to do with lifters.

This is on a 100% stock unopened ls1. Heres the noise.

Did u change the oil? Most likely it could be a lifter but simple things first

Pressure is all normal 45 at hot idle 60 under load. Car has new oil in it and seafoam.

Probably a bad lifter then. Was knocking pretty good here but if the noise went away I would guess lifter.

Car no longer ticks. Thank God. It was a weak lifter.
